Excellent store. Staff are very user friendly and answer all of customer’s requests. Recently have had very good experience. Especially Gav from customer service department was phenomenal. He helped me on specific item request and made sure I get what I was looking for. And also explained me about advantage of using target circle and membership. Mr Nate was also good and helpful. Thank you.

Love this location, always neat clean and staff super friendly . I appreciate a lady name DEEPA. She was amazing . I was in check out line. She approached and mentioned about the target app how to use it. I didn’t feel rushed and she took time explain . I’m so glad she did because now I can shop better and saving money as well. She delivered amazing customer service!!! She should definitely be recognized for her work!! She seem genuinely care for her customers and was assisting others as well … Exceptional THANK YOU!!!

This store is very spacious and clean. They have good variety of clothing for Gents, ladies and Kids. They also have good varieties of toys, books, speakers and other electronic goods. They also sell groceries and they also sell fruits and frozen food items. They also have beauty products for both Gents and ladies. Starbucks and CVS pharmacy are located inside the Target store. Restrooms here are very clean. Customer service is very good.

this place needs to figure out how to set up the checkout lines. it creates really bad collisions with other foot traffic. They carry most things, except for certain things that they inexplicably don't carry. They don't have Bleu cheese, they have only one kind of Bleu cheese dressing, they don't carry grapeseed oil, and other things I couldn't find that I can't remember right now.

EVERY time I've gone to this store, the price on the shelf does not match the price at the checkout. I even take pictures to prove it. When the clerk comes to help adjust the price, she doesn't need even need to ask. She looks at the product and she already knows that it's wrong. I went in the store for four items and all four were priced wrong at the register. I know longer shop at Target because I suspect this is intentional and most people don't pay attention.

Target on Northpoint pkwy has the best customer service ever! If you are going somewhere else for proscription change it and come to this pharmacy in Target.

Great location to find what I want (for the most part), but disappointed in how they treat hair products for their customers with curly/coily hair (or products marketed toward people of color) vs their other hair products.

When I went into Target yesterday there was a lot going on… I’m assuming some resets or truck processing. I did decide to ask an employee if they could help me find a specific item and she stopped what she was doing and helped me search. She even solicited the help of another employee who was more familiar with the department. Thank you so much to Jen and Angel for their fabulous, above and beyond customer service!
